Surprisingly, the hotel exceeded some guests' expectations even for an all-inclusive hotel. However, some guests were disappointed with the limited options in the mini bar and the fact that there were different tiers to the all-inclusive package and room upgrades were not transparent. Despite these minor faults, the resort is a perfect place for couples to unwind and relax. The resort also offers premium liquors, but some guests were unhappy with the limited amount of wine provided in the rooms. Additionally, some guests were disappointed that the resort no longer offered lunch on the day of check-out, which is a standard element of many all-inclusive packages.
