The hotel is situated near some great restaurants, such as Tomasita's and local attractions like the Farmer's Market and Sage. But despite being close to everything, it's far enough away from the hustle and bustle to offer some peace and quiet. Plus, the location offers stunning views and a beautiful place to enjoy breakfast on the portal. If you're planning on visiting the art and farmers markets, this hotel is perfect as it's right next to the railyard district. Guests appreciate how easy it is to walk to restaurants, stores and other local activities and they rave about the shuttle service. Overall, the location of this hotel is fantastic and convenient, making it a great choice for your stay in Santa Fe.

From warm greetings to knowledgeable recommendations, the staff went out of their way to make guests feel cozy and pampered. Most guests found the staff to be accommodating, friendly and professional, although a few had difficult communication experiences or encountered some rude behavior from certain members of the staff, especially in the bar and restaurant areas. Despite some small issues, overall, the staff was a big highlight of the hotel experience for many guests.

Spa

The Hacienda & Spa boasts an amazing spa with excellent services, including Cielo massages that guests can't get enough of. Though the hotel and spa may be expensive, they are well worth the expense according to guests. However, it's important to book spa services well in advance as they tend to fill up quickly. Guests who did manage to enjoy the spa services found them to be excellent. The spa facilities and gym unfortunately had to close temporarily due to COVID-19, but when open they are fabulous amenities. The one downside is that the spa is not open on Sundays and some guests had difficulty booking due to high demand. Despite a few hiccups, the consensus is that the spa at The Hacienda is excellent and worth visiting.

The helpful staff provided exceptional service making it a pleasurable stay. Overall, it was a superb experience which left guests wanting to come back again and again. Although some guests thought it was average for its high price tag, the majority loved their stay and consider it the best place ever.
