The central location of the resort is also a huge plus with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops right outside the front entrance on the main street. The gardens, pools and staff also earn high praise, making it a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a Balinese-style experience. The rooms are also lovely with pleasant views of either the beach or the beautiful gardens. All in all, Griya Santrian is a perfectly located beach resort that puts guests right in the heart of Sanur, offering easy access to everything they could possibly need or want.

The staff are excellent – happy, welcoming and very accommodating. Overall, the attitude and dedication of the staff make the guests feel at home. Furthermore, the hotel’s lovely grounds and setting are well kept. The location, choice of pools and on-site restaurants are also impressive. Breakfast is good with a variety of dishes to choose from and the staff are friendly and accommodating. However, some guests have noted that some personnel, particularly the receptionist staff, could be more personable and less administrative. Regardless, the majority of the staff are helpful, friendly and attentive. Griya Santrian a Beach Resort’s staff is incredible; their dedication and service-oriented attitude truly make the guest experience unforgettable.

The hotel is perfectly located within reach of plenty of good restaurants and despite being directly on the beach, the hotel's beautiful grounds provide a sense of privacy. While some guests found the beach club and restaurants to be a bit of a walk from some rooms, overall guests found the location fantastic and the beach and its proximity to the resort to be beautiful.
