The pool service is great and Tom and Jeff on the beach are a highlight, pleasing every guest they encounter. Jason, the pool/drink waiter, is awesome and the shuttle drivers are amazing, too. From the reception desk to housekeeping, all staff members are excellent and accommodating. Although there were a few obstacles during some of the stays, the staff was helpful and pleasant, anticipating guest needs at every turn. Personal attitude is high for quality service and professionalism is evident throughout the resort. Except for a few cases, staff responses and actions are incredibly prompt and attentive. All in all, Lido Beach Resort's staff excels in providing a super familial and amazing experience!
