Many vacationers attest to the superior service provided by the staff, who are unbelievably helpful, friendly and efficient. They rave about the wonderful entrance and the staff, specifically mentioning Roe and Blue, who go over and beyond to provide excellent customer service. From the front desk to the concierge, everyone on the team is polite, professional and accommodating. Guests particularly praised Tasha, one of the managers, who was supportive and kind in handling unforeseen challenges. Housekeeping and breakfast staff also received numerous compliments for their outstanding work. Overall, the staff did everything possible to ensure guests have a great time in Savannah.

Parking

The parking situation at Embassy Suites Savannah Historic District has received mixed reviews from guests. A few guests found it challenging to leave the parking garage, while others found the additional charge for parking expensive. However, some guests found the parking to be very convenient and close to the hotel. Although the hotel provides self-parking for $35/day and valet parking for $40/day, guests found it insulting that they had to pay for parking and a few found the parking fee of $35 per day ridiculous. Finding other parking nearby, free of cost, was also an option. Overall, while the cost of parking was a negative aspect for some, others found it easy and convenient.

Embassy Suites Savannah Historic District is a superb hotel with nice accommodations and friendly, efficient staff. The suites are very nice and clean with excellent comfort and service that is hard to beat. The hotel is also dog friendly, which is great for pet owners. It is located in a wonderful and very clean city with a 10-minute walk to the river. Overall, it is a great place to stay in despite some reviews saying that the price is too high for the quality of experience. The hotel does need some updating, but still, it is a beautiful place to stay and we will definitely return.
