Location

Enchantment Resort boasts a truly stunning location with breathtaking views and pristine natural beauty surrounding the property. Nestled deeper in the canyon near many of the trailheads, this resort provides a unique 360 view of the red rocks all around you. While it may be a little far out of town, the resort is centrally located and there are great hiking and biking trails to access right from the grounds. The location is perfect for those looking for a spiritual and surreal experience, given its proximity to the national forest and major vortex. The views of the canyons are truly spectacular and the landscape setting is simply beautiful. Many guests note that the resort is in one of the most beautiful parts of the Sedona wilderness. With exclusive location and views that only this resort can offer, you may never want to leave its secluded canyon paradise. The staff and facilities at Enchantment Resort also contribute to its charm, making it the most amazing place to stay in Sedona.

Dinner

Enchantment Resort offers an exceptional dining experience with its variety of cuisine options and excellent service by a nice staff. Guests can choose from three different restaurants on the property, each offering delicious food. Che Ah Chi is a standout with many reviews describing it as excellent. Although some guests found the food prices exorbitant, they still enjoyed the delicious food. However, a few negative reviews mentioned long wait times and poor service. Additionally, some guests experienced issues with off-site dinner reservations. Despite these drawbacks, the on-site restaurant is excellent and the concierge is helpful in addressing any dining concerns. Though some wish for more outdoor dining options, Enchantment Resort's dining experience is sure to satisfy any foodie's cravings.

Rooms

Enchantment Resort is the perfect destination for travelers seeking luxury accommodations in a stunning natural setting. The one-bedroom casita rooms are spacious, comfy and inviting with top-notch amenities that include robes, slippers, soaps and towels. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a cozy kitchen, fireplace and gorgeous large bathroom and many offer spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. While some guests experienced issues with bugs and cleanliness, most found their rooms to be beautiful and very clean with refined decoration and a variety of options, including casita-type rooms that blend seamlessly into the natural environment. And although a few reviewers pointed out that certain features could be improved, like more outlets or a renovation/upgrades, the majority of guests felt that the rooms were excellent and some of the best they had experienced. Finally, the exclusive location of the hotel ensures that guests can enjoy peaceful and quiet surroundings, along with amazing views from their rooms or any of the resort's dining or pool areas.

Cleanliness

Enchantment Resort boasts of a peaceful environment and the efforts of the housekeeping staff to keep the accommodations clean are commendable. Most of the rooms are nice and clean, making for a beautiful experience for guests. However, there are still a few areas that require attention. Some guests have reported bugs in the bed, ants in the kitchen and clogged showers. The resort could also do with a major makeover as some guests have noted that everything else comes with a fee, which may not be the case in other resorts. Despite these negative experiences, there are glowing reviews from visitors who have found their room to be beautiful and very clean. It is essential to note that the resort needs to have a better cleaning regimen, especially on the outdoor terraces and seating areas where some guests have reported unclean cushions.

The resort's facilities, including the exceptional spas and amenities, are well-maintained and enjoyed by guests. Ashley and her team of conscientious concierges were also wonderful, making sure that guests' needs are met. However, there were a few incidents where the service did not meet the guests' expectations, but the management showed concern and took action to remedy the situation. Despite the occasional service hiccups, Enchantment Resort continues to be a top choice for travelers, thanks to its beautiful property, great location, amazing activities and most importantly, its outstanding and hospitable staff.

Spa

Enchantment Resort's spa has received high praise from guests, who have described receiving great massages and exceptional spa treatments. Despite currently undergoing renovation, the spa still offers excellent spas and amenities. Some guests did note that the spa is dated, but this is balanced out by its beautiful pool and meditation room. While the spa was advertised as open, some guests had difficulty securing appointments and contacting staff. The spa's opening hours were also inconsistent with some guests being turned away at 9:30 p.m. and others being allowed to use the facilities until 10 p.m. Although pricey, guests recommend booking a treatment at Enchantment Resort's spa for a truly luxurious experience.

Pool

The pool at Enchantment Resort is a great spot for reading, eating and lounging. It's conveniently located close to the main building and provides breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Though the main pool can get crowded, there are other outdoor pools to choose from. While some found the pool furniture dated and the service lacking, others enjoyed the private pool experience. The pool and spa were beautiful and the overall atmosphere was exclusive and relaxing. However, note that some guests reported a lack of resources and difficulty getting towels and service. The pool bar food didn't receive the best reviews, but with all of the other amazing amenities at this resort, that's a minor issue. All in all, the pool is definitely worth checking out during your stay at Enchantment Resort.
