Very Good

Location

The Monte Carlo Sharm Resort & Spa is a hotel with a fantastic location right on the seafront. This big and clean hotel is not at walking distance from all markets, but it's conveniently located between the old market and Namaa Bay. You'll have to walk four minutes to reach the main gate. Further south, not far from the harbor, you can find a nearby reef. The hotel's location is considered exceptional by many guests with comments ranging from 'sehr schön gelegen' in German to 'מעט מרוחק מהמרכז של מפרץ נעמה' in Hebrew. If you're looking for a great location for your vacation, the Monte Carlo Sharm Resort & Spa seems to be an excellent choice.

Guests raved about the awesome and perfect staff, highlighting individuals such as Carlos at the reception, Mr. Shady for great service quality, Mahmoud and Hussin for room service and Gaber, Mustafa and Mohamed for pool and animation team service. Though there were a few negative encounters with some members of staff, guests overall found them to be accommodating, helpful, cooperative and kind. Check-in and check-out were smooth thanks to Michael and Mr. Ayman's kindness at the restaurant was appreciated. The entertainment team was also friendly and doing their best. The staff made an effort to serve all guests, though some were inexperienced or lacked English proficiency. Apart from some issues with the service at the main restaurant and the entertainment, most guests enjoyed their experience and praised the super personnel. The lobby bartender could use a vacation and masks were not always worn, but the room staff were adorable and the pool staff were very responsive, especially the bartender who made mint tea and was great with children. The lovely gardens were also a highlight of the stay.

Pool
