The Intercontinental establishment offers superb facilities and services, truly deserving of its 5-star rating. Guests are in for a fantastic trip with a stunning landscape and impressive hardware. However, some guests noted that the hotel's cultural understanding and service needed improvement. Additionally, the Italian restaurant was closed, leaving only two Chinese cuisine options, which were also deemed expensive and not up to the hotel's standards. Some previous guests expressed disappointment with their experience, citing expensive fees for extra beds and a massive deposit. Nonetheless, the majority of guests seemed to have been impressed with their stay at the Intercontinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort.
