Breakfast

The breakfast at Sakmut Boutique Hotel is a mixed bag with some guests raving about its deliciousness while others felt underwhelmed by the limited options. That being said, the buffet breakfast was plentiful and not bad at all with quite a few choices to pick from. For those who prefer a la carte options, the hotel also offers a menu featuring bread, choice sets and fruit platters. Overall, the breakfast experience at Sakmut Boutique Hotel seems to depend on personal taste, but for the most part guests have enjoyed it.

Rooms

When it comes to the rooms, guests of Sakmut Boutique Hotel were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, divided into a sleeping area, bathroom with a bath and shower and a large balcony. Guests had direct access to the pool from their rooms, which was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, quiet and in a great location. Guests felt that the rooms were also very comfortable and clean with great equipment, making them feel right at home during their stay. One group of guests in particular were on their honeymoon and were blown away by the little details, like breakfast and cleanness, that made their stay an even more wonderful experience. Additionally, the hotel offers affordable options for those traveling on a budget. While some guests did encounter cold water in the bath, overall the rooms were lovely, comfortable and absolutely perfect.

Sakmut Boutique Hotel is a superb destination in Cambodia and our stay was made even more memorable by the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel management and staff were outstanding, speaking very good English and going out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Specific staff members such as Visal and Sri Pech from the front office were commended for their exceptional service. The staff were not only friendly and courteous but also helpful and generous, making our stay truly unforgettable. We appreciated their hospitality in every way, from booking tuk tuks and tours to even helping us order pizza delivery. The warm greetings and care we received were exceptional and the overall experience was rated a 12/10. The staff at Sakmut Resort and Spa are simply amazing, although one reviewer did express some dissatisfaction with honesty among the staff. All in all, the dedication and warmth of the staff make this hotel a must-visit destination in Cambodia.
