However, due to Covid restrictions, only cold breakfast is currently being served which might be a factor in the fairly limited breakfast offering. Regardless, most guests were satisfied with the continental breakfast, as it is included in the price. Although a few guests had some negative comments regarding the lack of hot food and the behavior of some members of the service staff, these were isolated incidents and most guests had a pleasant experience. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay on Siesta Key Beach with a nice breakfast, Hyatt Residence Club is definitely worth considering.

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous with amazing views of the ocean from almost every room. Each unit is multi-bedroom and bath, providing plenty of space for everyone. The villas and condos are well-appointed and stocked with everything you could ask for, including modern amenities and comfortable beds. The master baths are fantastic and the apartments themselves are sumptuous and spacious. There is even a den with a workspace, making this hotel a great choice for business travelers as well. The property is beautiful and the beach, pool and hot tub are great places to relax. While some guests mentioned that the rooms need black out shades, overall the reviews of the rooms are superb. If you're planning a trip to Siesta Key Beach, this hotel comes highly recommended by its guests.

From welcoming us with open arms to going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, the team truly made us feel at home. We can't say enough good things about their helpfulness, professionalism and overall friendliness. Special shoutout to Kenton for being especially wonderful. While a couple of guests had some issues with unfriendliness, we didn't experience anything but warmth and positivity from the staff during our stay. Overall, the staff of The Residences on Siesta Key Beach by Hyatt Vacation Club are first-class and we highly recommend this hotel for their top-notch service. ¡El personal es muy amable y simpático!

International guests also raved about the "Linda playa de arenas blancas" and "Wunderschöne Lage direkt am weissen Sandstrand gelegen" (beautiful location directly on the white sand beach) and appreciated the private access to the beach. However, some visitors noted that the hotel's section of the beach had a lot of seaweed and suggested that the hotel invest in daily removal as it can be unpleasant to enter the ocean.
