The hotel manager, Angeliki, is very responsive and helpful. Erin runs the spa with perfection and the massages are perfection. Although some guests noted issues with wifi and occasionally hearing staff yelling, the majority of guests praised the staff as being extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special shout-out was given to George for his hospitality throughout a guests' stay. The staff even gave a complimentary wine and fruit plate to one guest in appreciation.
