Armyra Hotel is a fantastic location for those who want to be right on the ocean and away from the busyness and noise of the port. It is in a perfect location at the end of the pedestrian road from the port, facing west (sunset!) with great views over the beach. Bars, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. The hotel is close to the beach of Chochlakas and only 8 minutes walking distance from the downtown area of Patmos (Skala). Some guests appreciated that the location is a little more secluded but still only a 5-10 minute walk from the more lively plaza area of Skala. The owner Isidoros is incredibly nice and a great host. The hotel offers a peaceful and calm escape, yet it is still very well connected, easy to get to by foot or with a taxi from the port of Skala. The location is also excellent for exploring the island, being very close to all the hot spots of Skala and only 15 minutes by car from Chora. Overall, Armyra Hotel is an excellent choice for those looking for a great location with a beautiful view.
