The hotel is only a few minutes' walk to City Centre, making it handy for those who want to visit prominent hotels, restaurants and shopping centers. The friendly and brilliant staff will make visitors feel at home, while the spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay. The convenience of the location makes it an excellent base for exploring Suva and the short stroll into town is very convenient. Visitors can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the nice outlets and there is a supermarket nearby for those who want to shop. In summary, Holiday Inn Suva is an excellent option for anyone who wants a great location and everything they need for their time in Suva.

The housekeeping staff are excellent and provide great attentive service. The wait staff during the night shift are commended for their outstanding service. Additionally, the staff at the front entrance, specifically Maria and CakaCaka, were a delight and made our stay memorable. Overall, the staff's warmth and kindness make you feel at home and any small issues are quickly resolved with their help. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Suva, Fiji.

The rooms are clean and modern with all the amenities you'd expect of a good hotel. The staff were praised for their excellent customer service, always going above and beyond to make sure guests had a great stay. The food and drink were also highlighted as being great. Families can feel safe and enjoy a fantastic holiday experience here. However, there were a few bad experiences reported by some guests with some disappointment in the service and delay in room availability. But overall, the Holiday Inn Suva is a pleasant place to stay with a friendly staff who know how to take care of their guests.
