However, guests who booked directly with the hotel received free access. The staff is friendly and accommodating with lovely treatments available. The food is also delicious with ample health facilities. Although a few reviewers thought the spa was basic, the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. Overall, the Towers Hotel & Spa is perfect for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
