The staff is friendly and helpful and the lovely host and great staff go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and happy. The beds are comfortable with soft pillows and most guests enjoyed a good night's sleep. While some guests experienced issues with dirty rooms and linen, bugs on their beds, leaky sinks and outdated air conditioning systems, the majority of guests had a positive experience and found the beds to be comfortable.
