Though the hotel is a little outdated and needs refurbishing, the room is bright and spacious with a great view of the city. Some guests noted certain issues like stained carpets, uncomfortable furniture and hard beds, but overall, the room is clean and comfortable. It's a pity that the hotel doesn't have a concierge or business center, but it does offer good amenities like a pool and food court. The corner rooms are especially recommended for the view. Some guests may find the hotel too big and labyrinthine, but others may appreciate its grandeur. Despite some issues with the quality of the room, the hotel is still good value considering its convenient location and exceptional Japanese hospitality.
