The restaurant staff are great, except for some who are unfriendly and borderline rude. Regardless, the staff puts the guests' needs above everything else, making your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel location is perfect with easy access to many attractions and connected to the PATH, which is a great plus in bad weather. The hotel amenities are up to par, including clean rooms, good beds, nice pool, hot tub and steam room. Princess, the staff member, is very accommodating. However, there could be more staff at the front desk to improve the check-in process. Finally, the hotel has excellent maid service and the staff speaks different languages, although some guests find the English language in reception a bit hard to understand. Overall, the staff of Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto are phenomenal, making your stay worth remembering.
