SYLVAN Koh Chang offers a gym that presents a mixed experience for guests, with both commendable and less favorable aspects. The fitness center is equipped with modern and versatile Technogym machines, providing a good selection for a workout and leaving a positive impression on some visitors. Guests have noted the gym as nice, clean, and small but adequate. Despite these positive features, there are some areas for improvement. Several machines, particularly for cardio, have been reported as out of order, highlighting a maintenance issue that detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, the gym's late opening time might be inconvenient for those looking to start their workout early in the day. Kacha Resort & Spa in Koh Chang offers a fitness center that appears to generate mixed feelings among guests. While it is appreciated as a useful amenity complete with water and towels, its size and condition are noted drawbacks for a hotel of this capacity. The gym is described as small, housing basic equipment like treadmills and a few machines, some of which may not be in full working order. Despite being somewhat worn out and warm, guests find it adequate for a quick workout. The availability of an air-conditioned coworking space stands out as a rare and appreciated feature on the island. The gym, tucked away in the hillside building near a quiet pool, often leaves visitors wishing for a larger and more updated facility but generally serves its purpose for those looking to maintain their fitness routine while away.
