The whole facility is well-maintained, including the fitness center and sauna and the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. The pool at Village Hotel Lucia is a dreamy and fantastic spot for relaxation with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The hotel has ample and secure parking options and while some guests found the beds uncomfortable, most guests did not have a problem with them being too hard or uncomfortable.
