Based on the guest reviews, the staff at Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Troy received mixed feedback. Some guests praised the staff for being amazing, kind, helpful and quick to attend to their needs. They also enjoyed the fantastic pool and amazing breakfast with friendly staff. However, some guests encountered unfriendly and rude front desk staff who seemed annoyed with their questions. One guest even described their entire stay as bad due to the rude staff and not getting the reserved room. Nonetheless, some staff members stood out, such as Peter and Stella, who were awesome and so helpful respectively. The check-in staff, including the associate and manager Mark, were also great and made guests feel welcome and important.
