The hotel is situated in a secluded area with clean, well-maintained grounds that are perfect for walks and enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. The hotel offers luxury and comfort at a reasonable price and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. The hotel's setting captures the true essence of the American Southwest and the sunsets are breathtaking. However, some guests found the main road to be in need of repairs and parking might be a little far from the rooms. Nevertheless, the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa is an excellent choice for those who want to immerse themselves in nature's beauty and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Most of the guests rave about the great, excellent and professional service provided by the majority of the staff. The staff is responsive, informative and above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. The front desk help is wonderful and the bartending and restaurant staff are amazing, always with smiling faces. The meals via room service and breakfast food and service are terrific. While some front desk staff were rude, most of the staff were super nice. The manicurist at the spa made a guest's visit amazing and the guy on the golf cart provided exceptional information and friendly advice. However, some guests complained about the staff being less than pleasant or not on their toes and some had to wait a while to speak to someone or get their orders taken. Nevertheless, the staff takes the time to tell the history of the property and makes sure guests are comfortable and the location is close to hiking and the desert. In summary, the property is beautiful, clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing, accommodating and friendly.
