The hotel offers direct access to the Playa Paraiso beach and is situated on the quiet side of Tulum, making it a perfect getaway from all the noise and people. The views of the Caribbean are absolutely amazing and guests can enjoy panoramic views from their private balconies. The location of the hotel is practical for visiting the Tulum archaeological site and exploring different beaches. The hotel is just a short scooter ride from shops and restaurants and is in walking distance of other beaches. The hotel is also located in the reserve and provides easy access to walk down to the beach. Guests love the calm location and the fact that the hotel is right on the beach. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area, giving guests the chance to enjoy the idyllic location. It's great that the hotel is situated right at the beach with direct access to different beaches and guests can even explore the other beaches. Furthermore, the location is très bien placé, idéalement situé dans la zone archéologique de Tulum and situated next to the sandy beach. In addition, the hotel offers amazing spots on the beach, making it a perfect location for those who are looking to relax and unwind. Despite the distance from the restaurant area, guests still find the location to be excellent with access to the Tulum archaeological site and many restaurants just ten minutes away. Overall, the hotel's location is inmejorable, perfect for those who want to stay in a quiet and calm environment with direct access to the beach.

They treat you like family, calling you by name and giving a family-like atmosphere. The level of service and staff-to-guest ratio is exceptional and the service is always on point. The staff at Mezzanine is the best around the world and you'll miss your stay already. Interacting with the staff was one of our best experiences while in Tulum and they made our dream stay amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate us as much as possible and exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the whole team who are great!

Despite this minor inconvenience, the property still offers direct access to a paradisiacal beach and overall, it was a fantastic stay with great standards and a cool style and vibe.
