If you're looking for a romantic getaway with a luxurious jacuzzi in your room, you may want to consider other options than the Holiday Inn Express Tyler South. While some guests raved about the excellent jacuzzi, others had less than perfect experiences with several mentioning that the jets in the tub weren't working or that they didn't get the jacuzzi suite they paid for. Some guests reported being moved to another room, while others canceled and left altogether.
