Guests have praised the friendly and helpful staff, delicious buffet breakfast and good value for money. Families appreciate the exterior playground and indoor playroom for kids. The hotel offers adapted rooms for guests with disabilities and provides plush toys and puzzles for the little ones. Kids can enjoy activities such as Xbox games and chess board and families with children under 5 can enjoy the benefit of free stay. The location of the hotel requires a car, but it is a perfect base to explore the Porto area. While some guests found the family rooms a bit small and basic, they still enjoyed their stay in this lovely hotel with excellent service, a fantastic pool and a great breakfast. Pets are allowed and can even accompany their owners during breakfast time.
