While some have noted that the spa staff may not be the most specialized, they are all kind and accommodating. Guests can even enjoy a Vichy shower and relaxation rooms after their massages. However, there are extra charges for spa access that some find unreasonable for a hotel of this class. Unfortunately, the indoor pool is basic and outdated, but the outdoor pool and other amenities are fantastic. While the spa could offer more for a hotel that prides itself on being a thermal spa, the overall ambiance and impeccable service make for a royal experience.
