The zeer vriendelijk personeel made guests feel at home, always available, attentive and extremely polite. Filip and Carolina at the reception were wonderful and the valet guys were great too. Despite some negative reviews about the reception staff, the simpatia de todo o staff more than made up for it. The staff, from the porters to the desk staff, were impeccable with great service and friendliness, always catering to guests' needs, couldn't praise them highly enough. Such an amazing staff creates a fantastic atmosphere at the hotel, making guests want to return time and time again.
