The lovely decor and spacious areas will make your stay unforgettable. The extravagant rooms are appointed very nicely with modern, comfy and clean amenities that are very nicely kept and updated. The Thompson Suite was a total gem and the lovely suite was so fabulous that one reviewer actually cried. The upgraded ocean view rooms offer a wonderful time with excellent room service. The restaurants and bars are beautiful with public areas decorated to a high standard. However, the hotel still needs some improvements. Some of the rooms are not well cleaned and have issues like wrinkled and torn carpeting, weak showers and broken handles. Some of the rooms may not offer a view as expected with some looking at an industry landscape. Also, some of the towels and sheets do not meet the standards for a hotel of this caliber. Despite these minor downsides, the size of the bedroom and bathroom and the interior design is MORE than worth it.
