Vivari Acta is a great hotel with a perfect location that's only 20 minutes away from Nafplio by car. The village has only one street, but there are plenty of tavernas with good food, clean calm water and a small city beach with natural shade. The hotel has a charming quiet backyard and is directly at the sea, making it excellent for beach lovers. The location is perfect for exploring Epidavros and Naplion and it's also close to Athens. The hotel is walkable to the beach side and only a 2-minute walk to the seaside. Vivari Acta is a fantastic hotel in a great location with nice views, private parking and copious breakfast every morning. The village has lots of nice tavernas, making it a good spot for family vacations. The hotel is also near Kotili beach, a small and good beach for families.
