From the guest reviews, it's clear that Quest Wagga Wagga is a spacious, modern and clean hotel, perfect for those looking for a comfortable stay. The staff is well-versed in making sure that the rooms are cooled down, making it a pleasant stay even on hot days. The TV channels are good enough, but unfortunately, Netflix access isn't available. However, Foxtel is available as a substitute. While the wifi is strong, there were some disappointments with it, particularly on business trips. Complimentary wifi access wasn't working, which was very poor. Guests needed to work remotely, but unfortunately, their Apple devices couldn't connect to the internet, which led to canceled meetings. Although there were some strong connections, some guests couldn't even connect to it. Given the challenges faced, some guests decided not to book with Quest on their future business trips.
