Location

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the bustling crowds, Hotel Wailea, Relais & Châteaux - Adults Only might be just the place for you. The location is tucked away from busy areas, which allows for easy access to everything while still maintaining a serene ambiance. You'll be surrounded by beautiful ocean views throughout the property, whether you're at the restaurant, gym or enjoying the open-air balcony in your room. Although the hotel is situated a bit off the beach, the courteous staff provides cars that make getting there a breeze. Plus, the elevated location of the hotel provides stunning views of the beach and other islands which make for great photo opportunities. In fact, many guests have raved that Hotel Wailea is the most beautiful location on the island. While it may not be as convenient as staying on the beach itself, the shuttle service provided by the hotel to the beach makes it fairly easy. Some guests, though, have mentioned that they prefer other beaches in the area to the one that the hotel goes to. Nonetheless, we highly recommend Hotel Wailea's beautiful and serene location for a truly rejuvenating vacation.

They are willing to chat and take the lead from guests, providing superb service throughout the hotel. In fact, some guests have even called them the best staff they've ever experienced in all their travels. Additionally, the facilities are superb but it is the excellent staff that stands out the most. From the great friendly welcome, pre-arranged activities and well-maintained rooms, the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff extended all possible services and courtesy, making guests feel comfortable and cared for. The amazing food and attentive staff only add to the overall exceptional experience of Hotel Wailea and guests cannot wait to come back.
