Welcome to Renaissance Walnut Creek Hotel, where you can enjoy a comfortable stay in one of our large, beautiful rooms. Our guests have praised the comfort of our beds and the roomy bathrooms. The rooms are generally clean and quiet and we take pride in making sure they are comfortable for our guests. Unfortunately, some guests have experienced issues such as an extremely hot room, sink backups and toilets that didn't flush properly. Additionally, some rooms had dirty spots on the carpet and wrinkled comforters. We acknowledge that some guests may have had concerns about the cleanliness of their rooms, including stains on towels, bed sheets, tables and carpets. On rare occasions, trash has been found on the floor upon check-in. In some cases, guests have been disappointed to find that the room they booked did not match the room they received. While we apologize for any inconvenience caused, we assure you that our team is constantly working to improve the quality of our rooms.
