Staff

Club Hotel Dolphin's staff are simply outstanding! From the kitchen to the bar to the animation team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service provided was faultless and the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly - nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always there to make sure that all the guests were comfortable and happy. The enthusiasm of the staff to entertain and please the guests was truly remarkable. On the whole, the staff were super friendly and helpful. They truly made the guests' stay at Club Hotel Dolphin a memorable one. Although there were some reception staff who seemed disinterested in their job and were a bit unfriendly, they were clearly in the minority. The majority of the staff were kind, welcoming and attentive.
