The hotel is conveniently located and has open areas to relax in, including bars and lounges, that are very spacious and comfortable. The rooms are nice and warm, perfect for a cold and wet night. However, some rooms have creaky floorboards that can be noisy. The bathrooms need a complete update, but overall, the stay was enjoyable and stress-free. The only issue was a non blue badge holder occupying a disabled parking bay and some parts of the hotel are still undergoing refurbishment.
