Woodside Dells Hotel & Suites boasts an exceptional staff! They were incredibly friendly, nice and easy to approach and most importantly, accommodating to all our needs. Even with a small staff, they were able to manage the big hotel with a great attitude and sense of humor. While some guests were disappointed with the limited daily service due to Covid precautions, the staff was always willing to provide whatever supplies we needed. On top of that, the hotel was very clean thanks to the helpfulness of the staff. However, a few isolated incidents such as one rude staff member or an unavailability at the front desk didn't ruin the overall positive impression of Woodside Dells' customer service. The young lady at check-in was particularly nice though one reviewer found her a bit slow, the last thing you want when checking-in with tired children. The staff was very knowledgeable and informative, happy to offer suggestions or assistance. All in all, Woodside Dells' staff is excellent and we loved interacting with them.
