The rooms at Bardessono Hotel and Spa provide a peaceful and zen-like environment that guests are sure to love. The privacy of the rooms is highly valued and the stylish decor is both comfortable and modern. Guests appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms with many mentioning the huge bathroom complete with separate vanity and sinks, a big walk-in shower and a separate jacuzzi tub. The private outside patio is a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying the beautiful and clean surroundings. However, some guests did mention a few minor issues such as bright blue "security or device" lighting and a lack of a dimmer in the bathroom. Despite these small issues, guests agree that the well-designed rooms offer an excellent retreat for a relaxing stay.
The Bardessono Hotel and Spa is a world-class resort in every way. From the moment you arrive, the incredible service provided by the staff is clearly evident. Their attentiveness is superior, yet they are also professional but friendly. All of the attendants were very helpful and made us feel special throughout our stay. The uniform professionalism and pleasantness of the staff was remarkable with every person who worked there having a smile on their face at all times. We received fantastic service at the spa with both the desk personnel and masseuses being wonderful. The concierge Matt was great and went over the top for us. In fact, every member of staff was prompt, friendly and provided an excellent attitude. It's hard to find great service at a resort like this, but I tell you - it was as good as it gets!
