Although a bit further out from the center of the town, the hotel offers a peaceful and tranquil environment far from the hustle and bustle. They are super friendly, professional and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful stay, from reception to bar to housekeeping - every employee we encountered was delightful. Even the pool bar stay open late with a very friendly bartender. The reception staff are particularly noteworthy for their kindness. Despite some language barriers, everyone made sure that we had everything we needed. The restaurant staff also provided top-notch service. Though there were a few employees that weren't quite up to par, overall the staff is fantastic, accommodating and constantly attentive. The care taken with the grounds and cleanliness of the hotel was also very noticeable. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!
