This is why we created a new category on our website called "Health & Safety". As you know, we like to delve deep into things, so we carefully studied the practices and protocols hotels all over the world are implementing and we created a set of specific questions for the hotels. From the possibility for contactless check-in/check-out to whether carpets have been removed from the guest rooms, we have asked about all the details our most demanding visitors would like to know.
