Although the set up may be strange, the hotel is near Kundasale town and the entrance is classy. The territory where the chalets and the delightful pool are located is perfect if you want to escape the noisy city center of Kandy. However, some guests were disappointed with the hotel's distance from Kandy and the condition of their specific room. Additionally, some reviews noted that the hotel was quite different from the pictures online, which portrayed a more natural environment.
