Lakewood Residence offers a pool experience that garners mixed reviews, predominantly highlighting cleanliness and temperature concerns. The rooftop pool, boasting breathtaking views of the lake, tends to receive praise for its unique location and pleasant ambiance. However, many guests note that the pool's water is often cold with some describing it as icy or unheated, which detracts from their swimming enjoyment.
Several reviews mention that the pool area is small and can feel cramped, particularly when it's busy. The cleanliness of the pool appears inconsistent with numerous guests reporting dirty or cloudy water, which makes the pool less inviting. Additionally, periods of renovation and maintenance seem to have impacted some guests' experiences, leading to closures and general discontent.
Despite these issues, when the pool is clean, it is appreciated for its unique appeal, serene atmosphere and the opportunity for a refreshing dip while overlooking stunning views. Guests also enjoy the pool's proximity to other amenities, such as the breakfast room, enhancing their overall stay. Nevertheless, consistent improvements in maintenance and water quality could elevate the experience significantly.
