The peaceful environment and friendly service further enhance its appeal for a comfortable and restful night’s stay, despite the limited options nearby.
The breakfast experience at Clarion Inn & Suites garners mixed reviews. Although some guests appreciate specific items like the Belgian waffles at Susan's, there are numerous complaints about the absence of breakfast services despite advertisements to the contrary. This inconsistency and the associated cost issues have led some to seek alternatives. However, the overall reasonable pricing of the hotel keeps many willing to return.

However, there are recurring issues with musty or unpleasant odors, maintenance problems such as outdated furniture and broken fixtures and occasional sightings of cockroaches. Despite some rooms facing unattractive views, the hotel provides a generally quiet environment suitable for relaxation. The courteous and helpful staff, particularly the night desk manager, receive frequent commendations.
Cleanliness at Clarion Inn & Suites brings a mixed bag of reviews. Many appreciate the clean and comfortable facilities and the proximity to the airport. However, certain areas require better maintenance and deeper cleaning with reports of mold, hair in showers and on towels and strong chemical smells. Some rooms reflect signs of age and mildew, suggesting a need for more rigorous cleaning and possible renovations.
The staff at Clarion Inn & Suites shines as a standout feature with numerous reviews praising their friendliness and helpfulness. Front desk personnel, especially Melody, are noted for providing exceptional service and warm welcomes. The presence of a Spanish-speaking staff member during the checkout process also adds to the positive experience. Despite a few mentions of unhelpfulness, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming and supportive.
Guests find the indoor pool to be a pleasant amenity, particularly for families, although it could benefit from more regular cleaning. The hot tub is well-received, adding to the relaxation experience, even though the pool area appears slightly run down to some. Generally, it enhances the stay, offering convenience and enjoyment.
Parking at the hotel generally receives positive feedback due to ample space and ease of access, contributing to the convenience of travel.
