It's situated in a quiet, non-touristy area with easy access to all sides of the island, meaning you can explore everything from north to south and in between. In just a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive, you can reach Marathonas where there are bigger beaches with sunbeds, more restaurants and a supermarket. For even more variety, Perdika is just a 5-minute drive away, boasting beautiful fish restaurants, a larger marina, spots for ad hoc swimming and a regular boat service across to the island of Moni.

But you don't need to go far to enjoy the sea, as Stefanie Studios is just across the road from a small scenic marina with a very popular traditional tavern. There's also a small beach just a 5-minute walk away and the closest organised sandy beach in the next town, Marathonas, is only 1.5 km away. Stefanie Studios is also conveniently located near the coastal road of Aegina, making it easy to get to all the nearby beaches and restaurants.
