Hotel Motel Piu' offers a generally positive experience for travelers, especially those seeking a convenient stopover with easy highway access. Its strategic location near the highway and its ample parking facilities are frequently praised, making it an ideal choice for business travelers and those passing through. Guests appreciate the quiet, rural surroundings, which provide space and tranquility, despite being slightly remote and challenging to navigate for some.
The rooms at Hotel Motel Piu' receive commendations for their spaciousness and modern amenities. Many guests find the rooms to be large, clean and well-equipped with comfortable, large beds and generous bathrooms. The junior suite, in particular, stands out for its luxurious feel. However, there are some inconsistencies in cleanliness across rooms with a few guests noting issues such as mold and leftover items from previous visitors.
While the hotel's cleanliness generally earns positive remarks, some reviews highlight a need for more consistent cleaning standards, calling attention to occasional issues like dirty refrigerators and uncleaned bathrooms.
The staff at Hotel Motel Piu' is often described as friendly, professional and helpful, enhancing the hospitality experience. However, there are occasional complaints about impersonal service and staff availability, suggesting room for improvement in staff consistency.
One significant drawback is the lack of breakfast options with no dedicated service provided and limited availability of refreshments like water in the fridge. Guests are recommended to make alternative arrangements for their morning meals.
Parking at the hotel is a standout feature with ample, well-maintained spaces allowing guests to park directly in front of their rooms, adding to the convenience of their stay.
Although the beds receive mixed reviews with some guests enjoying their comfort and spaciousness, there are mentions of worn-out spring mattresses and unsatisfactory pillows.
Overall, Hotel Motel Piu' provides a practical and comfortable stay, particularly for travelers seeking easy highway access and spacious accommodations, though improvements in breakfast offerings, cleanliness consistency and some amenities could further enhance the guest experience.
