The pool area crew provides impeccable service and the cold drinking water infused with tropical fruits is a welcome refreshment. Guests can also take advantage of the complementary sunscreen and mosquito repellent available for them. Some of the pools even have a swim-up bar serving excellent cocktails. The outdoor hot tub adds to the relaxing experience. The private beach is an added bonus. While some reviews mention that depending on who is around, it can get rowdy in the afternoon and the music played can be a bit loud, the pool areas overall are phenomenal.

While some guests found the pool areas small and hard to access, the views from them more than made up for it. Others appreciated the pool's four-tiered design with super comfy loungers and floating sunbeds, allowing them to stay away from other guests. The main hotel pool was the preferred choice for many, especially those who found the pool infrastructure and common areas lacking basic maintenance. Some felt that the pool area could be cleaner and would benefit from music expected from a 5-star resort. However, most found the pool area to be lovely, nice in size and clean. Some even had the opportunity to spot sloths and iguanas hanging around the pool area. A shuttle bus service is available every day up until 4 pm, taking guests to the main town. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful sunset from the infinity pool and the views from the lounge and pool are particularly impressive. All in all, the vistas, design and comfort offered by the pools at this hotel provided amazing value for money.
