The hotel offers an exceptional spa experience with facilities and treatments comparable to those in Paris or New York. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and the private beach is clean and lovely. While some guests had minor complaints about cleanliness and the Italian restaurant, overall, the hotel had excellent services, very high-end amenities and beautiful rooms, making it a true five-star hotel.
