The tranquil setting provides a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a romantic escape or a quiet getaway.
Guests consistently praise the spacious and luxurious rooms, which often feature Egyptian-style decor and large, comfortable beds. These suites are likened to their size and comfort, contributing to restful and memorable stays. Many rooms include private garages with direct access, enhancing privacy and security. The staff further elevates the experience with their friendliness, professionalism and superb customer service, contributing significantly to guests' satisfaction.
However, the hotel's dining services receive mixed reviews. While the prompt in-room breakfast service is convenient, it lacks variety and does not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Dinner and overall meal quality also leave room for improvement with some guests finding the food mediocre and the selection limited. Despite this, the affordability of meals is appreciated.
Parking facilities at Hotel Alkalat are exceptional with private, secure garages directly accessible from each room. This unique offering ensures convenience and peace of mind, often highlighted as a significant advantage by guests.
