The reception staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful, the personnel adorable et réactif and the staff at breakfast simply amazing. We also had the pleasure of dealing with the fantastic spa staff, who were attentive and professional. Even the housekeeping and room service staff were very accommodating and helpful. The overall friendliness of the staff was excellent with so many reviews mentioning the staff's kindness and helpfulness. We would definitely come back and stay at this lovely hotel again, all thanks to the hotel management and staff who made our stay unforgettable.
