Summary of reviews related to the 'Dog Friendly' category
Summarized by AI
Sercotel Amistad Murcia caters to pet owners with several thoughtful amenities, including a feeder, water dispenser and bed specifically for dogs. Dogs up to 10 kg are allowed, which many appreciated. However, the pet policies are somewhat unclear and may lead to misunderstandings. Rooms are sometimes not cleaned if a dog is present, which indicates a policy that aims to balance cleanliness and pet-friendliness, albeit with some inconvenience to pet owners. Only one dog is permitted per room and there is a dog fee with some guests finding the charge to be exorbitant. An issue related to pet-related room cleanliness was noted by a few guests, though it appears dogs themselves were generally accommodated with care. Additionally, there is a parking fee of €23 for one night, which should be considered when planning a stay. The property transitioned ownership from NH to Sercotel, which might explain some procedural teething problems like the slow check-in process reported by a guest. Nonetheless, the hotel's willingness to accept pets and provide essential amenities makes it a viable option for travelers with small dogs.
