The rooms are lovely, clean and quiet; and the view is breathtaking. The hotel grounds are safe and well-maintained, which ensures a relaxing stay. The hotel staff is amazing with professional and helpful service, especially Parker who made our stay even more enjoyable. Though the room furnishings may be a bit outdated, the in-house restaurant that delivers to your room makes up for it with excellent food! The hotel's downtown location is perfect for exploring local shops and other city sights. Unfortunately, due to covid regulations, there are no spa services or pools available and only valet parking. The hotel also closes for a few hours during the day, but that did not affect our stay too much. Overall, Kimpton Riverplace Hotel offers great facilities and services with an amazing location, making it the perfect place to stay in the city.
