Airport Cochin Grand Residency in Nedumbassery receives strong praise for its ideal location, especially for those with early morning or late night flights due to its proximity to Cochin Airport. The hotel is within a short walking distance from the terminal, making it a convenient choice for air travelers. Guests also appreciate the tranquility of the surrounding area and the option of a shuttle service for airport transfers, as well as ample parking space. However, guests express mixed feelings regarding cleanliness, with reports of dust and unclean linens, indicating a need for improvement in maintaining hygiene standards. On the positive side, the staff at the hotel are frequently commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, with the receptionist particularly standing out for her kindness. The staff's willingness to provide local travel tips enhances the guest experience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, the strategic location and friendly staff contribute to the hotel’s appeal, although improvements in cleanliness would further increase guest satisfaction.
