Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool area at SureStay Plus by Best Western Mesa Superstition Springs receives mixed reviews from guests with many appreciating its cleanliness and the fact that it is often heated, creating a comfortable swimming experience. Despite its small size, the pool and adjacent hot tub are considered nice and refreshing, making it a pleasant retreat for families and solo travelers alike.
However, there are some inconsistencies noted by visitors, as the pool area could benefit from some updates and better landscaping. Some reviews mention the pool being temporarily closed for maintenance, which can be a letdown. These closures seem to be due to necessary repairs, like fixing the pump, although the hotel generally maintains the facilities well.
Guests also highlight that, while the pool area is generally nice, it sometimes has a funny smell and could be cleaner. Additionally, there are occasional disturbances late at night from other guests, impacting the overall tranquility of the space.
In conclusion, while the pool area at SureStay Plus may not be perfect and could use some improvements, particularly in terms of size and cleanliness consistency, it remains a valued feature for many guests enjoying their stay.
